Queen Shana Ofori
Your Miss Ghana 2020, Shana Ofori is a pre-medical scholar with a love for science and a heart for service. Born to Ghanaian immigrants, she was raised by the motto “education is the key to unlocking your dreams.” A firm believer in this motto, she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 GPA from the Barrett Honors College at Arizona State University with her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences.
Her dream is to become a healthcare policy maker focusing on increasing healthcare equity. Working towards unlocking this dream, she currently works full-time as a medical scribe, while studying for the Medical College Admissions Test, and has been recognized as a Barrett-Mayo Clinic Medical Scholar. Within the next five years, she plans to earn a Medical Degree and a Master of Public Health.
